DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Manage client relationship
- Cost and produce preliminary budget of costs
- Calculate and produce final budget of costs
- Ensure that all drawings are correct from Design team
- Ensure that all furniture details are correct from Design team
- Ensure purchase orders are placed for projects
- Manage internal project team
- Manage client account (financial)
- Supervise completion of site
REQUIREMENTS: - Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
- Minimum 3-5 years of Account/project management experience
- Extremely detail orientated
- Technical competence
- Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
- High level of initiative and able to work well in a team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well
- Plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
- Able to work after hours and weekends when required
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects at once
