Trend Spotter: Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends, ensuring our strategies and campaigns are ahead of the curve. Quality Guardian: Ensure the highest standards of customer service and quality control are maintained, making sure every piece of work shines before leaving the agency. Growth Champion: Actively seek out new business and sales opportunities, leveraging your network and industry insights. Employ your strategic thinking to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within our existing client base, ensuring the agency's growth and the client's success are in perfect harmony. What you’ll need: A knack for building relationships based on trust and mutual respect. The ability to think strategically and creatively. Stellar communication skills, both for internal cheerleading and external client dazzlement. A cool head when the heat is on, proving multitasking is your middle name. An insatiable appetite for learning and staying ahead of digital trends.
