A well-established software company located in Cape Town is seeking an Account Manager to join their team Minimum Education: Matric Minimum Experience: 5 years’ experience selling Enterprise Software (non-negotiable) Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following: Must have a clear understanding of the client’s business and technology requirements. Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Develop new business with existing clients and identify new customers to meet sales quotas. Generate demand from clients to develop and grow profitability. Prepare reports on account status. Forecast and track sales progress to target. Collaborate with the Product Managers to identify and grow opportunities. Develop an understanding of the company’s products and service offerings through obtaining the required vendor sales certifications.
