We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager - Delivery Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and have experience in account management and project delivery This individual will play a key role in managing client accounts, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Account Manager - Delivery Lead will be responsible for monthly reporting, proposal writing, capacity management, and supporting the AWS Partner Network (APN) track. Key Responsibilities: Manage client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for all communication and inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Lead project delivery efforts, working closely with internal teams to ensure that project milestones are met, and deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Conduct monthly reporting on project status, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and write proposals in response to client requests and opportunities. Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives and translate them into actionable project plans and proposals. Assist the team with housekeeping tasks related to time tracking (e.g., Clockify) and capacity management, ensuring efficient resource utilization. Take on responsibilities related to the AWS Partner Network (APN) track, including alliance lead activities and relationship management with AWS. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cloud computing and technology and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization. Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Understanding of cloud technologies, with basic knowledge of AWS services and solutions. Proven experience in account management, project delivery, and proposal writing within the IT or cloud services industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and write compelling proposals. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience with time tracking tools (e.g., Clockify) and capacity management processes is desirable. Familiarity with the AWS Partner Network (APN) and alliance management is a plus.
