Job Duties:
  • Manage and develop relationships with assigned key accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and profitability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide after sales service
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis
  • Achieve agreed customer visits
  • Prepare reports on account status and sales forecasts
  • Assist accounts personnel with debt collection
  • Accurate and timely loading of rental orders on the ERP system
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales
  • Experience working in the manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitors
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Report writing
  • Valid driver's license
Working Conditions:
  • Will be responsible for the Polokwane and Nelspruit region
  • Office-based role with frequent travel to meet clients
  • Full-Time hours, Monday to Friday
  • Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and adaptability
