Build trust with the customer and ensure they buy across the product range. Know and understand our customer's business and become their trusted supplier subject matter experts. Listening to the customers and assisting with a business proposition is central to the Account Manager's role solving queries they may have is vital, as is advising customers of new innovative products and services the company can provide. Requirements: Matric or equivalent (not negotiable) Experience with Account Management would be ideal A positive and confident personality while maintaining the desired respect. Being polite and articulate is a must. This is a role for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, identifying opportunities, and matching the company's products to their customer's needs.
