Role Overview: Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Sales Person to contribute to their growth and success. In this role, you will be a driving force behind expanding their market presence, specifically within the realm of enterprise backup solutions. You'll play a crucial part in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ultimately closing deals that make a significant impact. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated target driven hunter with a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at building relationships and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and target potential clients in need of data management solutions, particularly within the enterprise backup domain. Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to their requirements. Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals and managing post-sale relationships. Collaborate closely with our technical team to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions. Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting literature Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in a direct B2B business development sales role within the ICT industry Proven track record in achieving sales targets Strong understanding of backup and storage solutions, particularly enterprise backup solutions. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Energetic, driven, and a true "hunter" mentality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
