TRACKER Sales requires a Manager: Accounts to consult, develop and promote relationships within the Business Channel. This position will be based in the Western Cape. The Business Channel requires a self-starter with sound business acumen and fleet industry experience who can communicate confidently on all levels, maintain, grow and consult with key accounts to ultimately add value to nominated accounts and increase revenue for Tracker. The candidate requires a hybrid mix of strategic relationship management skills, retention- and sales skills, product knowledge and fleet management skills. please forward your application before the closing date. Roles and Resposibility: Maintain and identify new business opportunities within existing Business key accounts Provide a consultative service to key account clients Identify and analyse business trends within accounts Coordinate and manage departmental processes within Tracker and the client's business Manage, plan and attend business promotions and functions Proactive strategic planning Manage client's operational Tracking and Vehicle monitoring needs Maintain and manage financial analysis in terms of projected budgets Manage and coordinate technical and support aspects of business Set up and agree to service level agreements within accounts Identify training needs within key accounts and within Tracker Proactively manage age analysis of key accounts Maintain and foster key relationships within accounts Document internal processes and business rules Compile statistical information when requested Prepare and submit tender documents for the region Attend scheduled sales meetings Maintain a sales pipeline and update it daily Achieve monthly and annual add on sales targets Account retention Report to the Tracker Sales Manager Requirements: Matric with 4-6 years' experience within the Fleet/Fleet Technology related Industries Relevant Sales/Marketing Degree or Diploma will be advantageous MS office Management experience advantageous Project Management skills are an advantage Market and competitor knowledge Good financial understanding Strategic thinking skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Excellent service orientation Time flexibility A self-starter Assertive Attention to detail Excellent relationship builder Results and action orientated Ability to work under pressure Valid driver's license and own reliable transport Apply Now
