Our client has an opportunity available for an Accountant based in Polokwane. Requirements: Accounting graduate qualification. 5 years’ experience in the financial field preferably in the motor industry. Fluent in English. Responsibilities: Coordinate with banks, manage daily transaction, cheque deposit, entry posting and bookkeeping. Conduct financial reporting, credit control and expense control. Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents. Liaise with Banks and follow up on Debtors payments. Secure financial information by completing database backups. Assist in the preparation of audit schedules for year-end external audits. Assist the internal auditors with the process and control descriptions. Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
