Our client in the Construction industry is recruiting for an Accountant to join their dynamic team. Minimum requirements Completed Articles Minimum 3 years post articles experience Accounting Qualification CA(SA), ACA Own transport and valid driver’s license SA Citizen Experience in a construction environment is essential Attributes Highly analytical and able to understand the principles of fixed income capital markets Detail orientated Solution and goal orientated Deadline driven and flexible Duties and responsibilities Processing of accounting information up to Trail Balance Construction Costing Reports; Budgets, Cash flow Statements, Management Reports Monthly Payroll preparation Monthly VAT preparation SARS ; Completion and Submission of EMP201 and VAT201 SARS Provisional Tax preparations NCR submissions Buildsmart and Sage one experience will be beneficial Previous experience in construction industry will be beneficial Sectional Title Scheme and Management Act knowledge will be beneficial Proper management of budgets. Salary: R20 000-R30 000 depending on experience and qualification Closing date: 9 April 2024
