Our client is looking for a self-motivated Accountant to join their financial management department. In this role, youll play an important role in our companys financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting and compliance with SARS requirements.

Duties:
- Prepare financial statements on time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Matric/Grade 12 (Certificate required)
- Degree in Finance (completed)
- 5+ years experience in a similar position
- Computer package experience: Sage Pastel
- Understanding of mathematics accounting and financial processes.
- Ethical behaviour and Attention to detail.
- Mining/Manufacturing Industry experience
