Accountant - - Cape Town City Centre

As the property accountant you will be responsible for the following:
Work closely with senior management to provide accurate and detailed financial information
Manage all the financial aspects of the property portfolio
Manage and maintain all the documents pertaining to internal audits
Submit and process monthly payment runs
Process and manage stock
Process and reconcile suppliers and accruals
Report on aging debtors
Ensure debtor management in line with policies and procedures
Control accounts

Skills & Experience:
Experience working in the property industry would be highly advantageous
Minimum of 2 years post article experience
Experience working on Xero

Qualification:
Finance/Accounting degree
Completed SAIPA articles
