Introduction
Our client in the Property Management Industry requires an Accountant in Fourways Sandton
Duties & Responsibilities- Daily acounting function.
- Role will include office park management, maintenance, security and dealing with tenant queries - training will be provided
- Invoicing, rental income & all day to day office and accounting duties
- BComm graduate with Accounting
- 1-5 years experience in Accounting
- University final results to be available
- Conservative, law obiding, focused, hardworking, attention to detail individual, eager to learn.
- Must be PASSIONATE about Accounting
- Accounting program experience, prefferably Pastel
- Willing to learn - on the job training
- Understanding VAT
- Strong in debtors , creditors , reconciliations, cashbook and excel spreadsheets
- Previous experience in the property rental management industry a bonus
R18,000 to R25,000 per month depending on experience
Working hours: Mon - Fri 8am to 4pm
