Reference: NEL011275-SH-1 We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Accountant (Microsoft Dynamics 365 / business central) to join our Clients' team in the dynamic HVAC & Refrigeration industry. You will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by conducting financial analysis, collaborating with internal teams, and developing financial models and reports. Responsibilities: Implementation and Customization: Configure and customize Microsoft Business Central to meet business requirements. Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues during implementation. Training and Support: Provide end-user training and ongoing support. Assist with software upgrades and enhancements. Accounting and Reporting: Oversee transaction processing and accounting reconciliations. Manage financial reporting. Business Process Analysis: Analyze workflows and recommend improvements. Document requirements and collaborate with project managers. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (B.Com preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Business Central. Accounting training at an auditing/accounting firm, serving clients.
