Perform market research and comparison for strategic insights. Reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy. Verify and audit fixed assets. Analyze inventory for optimal management. Monitor targets and productivity metrics. Identify and address needs and weaknesses in current systems, processes, and procedures. Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of improvements. Provide training for system and process enhancements. Utilize historical data to apply expected financial and economic indicators. Incorporate changes to the business model and structure into budget planning. Prepare and analyze budgets, making necessary adjustments. Upload budgets into SAP and perform reconciliation. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) BCom Accounting / Management Accounting (CIMA) Experience: 2 - 3 years of relevant financial experience SAP knowledge is preferred Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication skills Advanced computer proficiency Strong planning, prioritizing, and organizing abilities Exceptional attention to detail If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
