Reporting to the Financial manager, this role is primarily focussed on the review of all costs & charges and payments & reconciliations. - Financial Accounting, including Balance sheet reconciliations - Assist in the identification and subsequent implementation of system and process improvements, enhancements, and automation. - Responsible for utility profitability review - Responsible for utility cost review for inclusion in Profit & Loss Statement. - Responsible for completeness of Client reviews with reference to monthly usage. - Reconciliation of client usages and cost - Compilation of invoices, statements & agent agreements for submission for tax purposes. - Utility payment review - Validation of data on all utility bills received. - Validation of rental payments on a monthly basis. - BCom of accounting qualification - 3-5 years accounting experience,
