Large manufaturing company based in the Durban area has a vacancy available for a Senior Cost Accountant. Candidates must have experience in the following: Reconciliation, Aged Analysis, Identification & reporting of obsolete stock. Production variance analysis. Preparation of stock write offs & following through process of stock write off. Oversee cycle counts. Stock taking run quarterly. Ensure any stock in transit is kept to a minimum before month end. Oversee WIP ensuring minimum job tickets before month end. Maintenance of stock policies. Checking of costings & BOM's.
