Accounting Clerk - George - Western Cape An Auditing Firm is on the lookout for a Auditing Clerk to join their branch in George, Western Cape Become part of a dynamic, young-adult, Chartered Accountant & Registered Auditing Firm with branches in South Africa and United Kingdom. Salary R10 000 - R12 000 Basic Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience within an Auditing Firm is essential. Degree in a Financial capacity will be beneficial Hard-working, driven individual with potential to greatness Matric Driver's License Proficient on Office suite, Sage and Xero Accounting software and Draftworx Fluent in Afrikaans and English Excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure Responsibilities: Compilation of Financial Statements and Working Papers (Knowledge of Draftworx will be an advantage but not compulsory) Management of Junior Accountants Completion of Tax Returns Liasing with SARS, Competent in taxation and SARS procedures and processes Full Accounting / Bookkeeping Function (Adhoc) Attention to detail Basic Auditing Able to take initiative Strong administration skills Must be able to communicate directly with clients in a professional and confident manner Strong analytical skills Please note that only experienced candidates will be considered and contacted.
