Accounts Administrator - Germiston
Qualification
- Matric
- Accounts / Finance Certificates would be beneficial
- 5 Years accounts (debtors and creditors) experience
- Experience and knowledge of accounts processing to cashbook
- Experience within the steel industry and within manufacturing
- Proficient with Syspro and MS Excel
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle
- Processing all cashbooks
- Manufacturing payroll - check job cards input and manufacturing payroll sheets
- Scan and email EMP201 for all companies to HR Manager
- Sales analysis and reports
- Check sales invoices against the dispatch book and reconciliations
- Assist with emailing, filing, printing
- Reconciling metal scrap reports
- Assist and run month end reports
- Succession training to Credit Manager
