Reference: BOK004104-LA-1Accounts Administrator Qualification Matric Accounts / Finance Certificates would be beneficial Requirements 5 Years accounts (debtors and creditors) experience Experience and knowledge of accounts processing to cashbook Experience within the steel industry and within manufacturing Proficient with Syspro and MS Excel Valid drivers license and own vehicle Duties Processing all cashbooks Manufacturing payroll - check job cards input and manufacturing payroll sheets Scan and email EMP201 for all companies to HR Manager Sales analysis and reports Check sales invoices against the dispatch book and reconciliations Assist with emailing, filing, printing Reconciling metal scrap reports Assist and run month end reports Succession training to Credit Manager R 18000 - R 23000 - Monthly
