Responsibilities:
  • Posting debtors and creditors receipts and payments
  • Reconciliation of accounts and journal entries
  • Capture creditors invoices and prepare for payment
  • Close month end accounts / run statements
  • Tax calculation and submission
  • Credit control - collecting overdue money and sending copies requested
  • Account applications - new and update old
  • Debtors - ensure safety file is kept up to date
  • Answer telephone
  • General admin duties and filing
