Accounts Administrator - Durban
Responsibilities:
Posting debtors and creditors receipts and payments
Reconciliation of accounts and journal entries
Capture creditors invoices and prepare for payment
Close month end accounts / run statements
Tax calculation and submission
Credit control - collecting overdue money and sending copies requested
Account applications - new and update old
Debtors - ensure safety file is kept up to date
Answer telephone
General admin duties and filing
