We're urgently seeking and Accounts Administrator (Syspro exp.) - 1 Month Contract (possibilty of extension) - Amanzimtoti (KZN) MUST be available to start immediately MUST have Syspro experience MUST be from Durban or surrounding areas NB. ONLY CANDIDATES THAT MEET THE MIN. REQUIREMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED Main responsibilities: Goods Received Note (GRN) A GRN consists of a r ecord of goods that the buyer has received . This record helps the customer compare the goods delivered against the goods ordered. Ensure all invoices and any adjustments are duly authorized and processed and that payment is made within stipulated payment terms. Generate proposed payments report and electronic funds transfer for payment. Ensure Creditors Ledger agrees to General Ledger. Reconcile creditors statements to Creditors Ledger and follow up on all un-reconciled items. Ensure all a ccruals for the current accounting period are prepared. Prepare input schedules for any additions, amendments or deletions to master data in the accounting system and ensure that the changes are effected in the computerized EFT system. Prepare submissions to SARS for PAYE, SDL & UIF (EMP201) and VAT (VAT201). Ensure all invoices/credit notes are printed and distributed daily. Ensure all debit/credit memoranda are duly authorized and then processed.Process debtor's receipts weekly and match to invoices Print/distribute statements at month end.Generate/distribute various reports after month end Matric MUST have Syspro experience MUST have Creditors experience MUST be available to start immediately MUST be from Durban or surrounding areas NB.
