Accounts Manager South African leading metering and utility management provider is currently in the market to recruit a Accounts Manager for their branch in Cape Town. Duties Include: This person will ideally have experience in managing staff, and a diploma/degree to support the required exceptional skills in Excel, statistics and/or accounting. Supervision of administrative staff (receptionist, office administrator, cleaner, 2 x call centre staff) and delegation of tasks to them. Feasibility studies on new and existing sites. Analytical reviews on site performances Tariff queries and calculations. Customer queries. Assisting with annual financial budget preparation Liaison with immediate supervisor (Branch Manager) and Head Office. Any other reasonable task that would generally be accepted under the duties of Account/Office Manager. Requirements: High school diploma. Further tertiary diploma/degree. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. Prior supervisory experience essential. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook – Advanced Level.
