Look no further We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk with proven experience to join this team You will be responsible, yet not limited to the following duties:You will be carrying out Accounts Payable transaction processing for a variety of companies within this groupLiaise with business teams and vendors to ensure appropriate service standards and controls are maintainedProcess invoice, expense and purchase order in compliance with the companies policies and proceduresAnswer suppliers and business queries in a timely and effective mannerComplete statement reconciliation to validate vendor account balancesPayment run generation and reportingProcess urgent paymentsUnderstand expense accounts and cost centersHave an understanding of the compliance issues centered around transactional tax accountingProcess documents during initial knowledge transfers using standard templatesMaintain Customer Master file records in line with business requests for new and existing customersRefine processes and controls Skills & Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a creditors roleKnowledge of the Media and Digital sectors is beneficialExperience working in a company with multiple entitiesExperience working in on standard ERPExperienced in Microsoft office packages Qualification:MatricDiploma in the relevant field would be advantageous Contact JENELLE COOKSON on 021 418 1750, quoting the Ref: CTF018014.
