Duties:
- Process invoices and issue payments
- Process sundry suppliers
- Ensure the invoices correspond with the purchase order
- Prepare creditor reconciliations
- Ensure full control of costs and regional ad hoc spend
- Ensure correct allocations for all expenses
- Accurate capturing and matching of invoices
- Review and verify invoices
- Vendor reconciliations
- Review the age analysis
- Ad hoc admin duties
Requirements:
- BCom in Accounting/Finance
- 3 - 5 Years experience in a similar role
