Accounts payable clerk that will be able to process invoices and perform supplier recons and submit supplier payments to cashbook for payments. MUST BE AVAILABLE ASAP Knowledge of fx transactions • Experience in the processing of stock transactions ( high volume low value) • Product costing ( freight cost allocation to products imported) • Foreign stock suppliers - identify various currencies. • Deadline driven in stressful environment • Analytical approach • Knowledge of pharmaceutical payments to different wholesalers and pharmacies – high volumes • Be able to build relationship with different suppliers • Ability to work across various accounts payable books • Understand the different pharma terms as Log fees schedule from other wholesalers • Resolve and track back historic transactions and resolve queries 2-3 years' experience and advantages if she/ he worked with stock invoices before and foreign currencies. Accounting diploma or similar qualification but a degree is not required. R20 000 - R25 000
