To provide adequate financial administrative services to the National Nuclear Regulator and ensure compliant, effective and efficient payables management. Requirements Grade 12 Three-year tertiary qualification (NQF 6) in Finance/Financial Accounting or related finance qualification Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience Knowledge and understanding of audit processes, and accounts payables principles will be an added advantage. Duties and Responsibilities To ensure with the following: Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices to correct suppliers within prescribed time frames. Preparing supplier reconciliation by reconciling supplier statements to ensure valid processing of payments. Processing of Payments by ensuring that all information required for the payments has been received and reconciled with invoices processed. Filing/ Record Keeping to ensure and safeguard all supplier information. Filling of records manually and on the drive. Monthly review of the payroll to ensure that the payroll officer has processed valid and correct employee information. Administration and processing of cellphone contracts and allowance to eligible officials. Liaise with the SP on all telecommunication facilities matters. Submit valid and correct monthly reports for AP to the FA on the set date monthly. Attend to customer queries. Skills and competencies MS Office experience SAGE 300 (Accpac system) experience Excellent numerical and analytic skills Attention to detail Proficient in English Have telephone etiquette The salary package R300 000.00 to R360 000.00 per annum
