Duties:

Accounts Payable:
- Verify and authenticate invoices to uphold precision and adherence to internal standards and accounting protocols.
- Expedite vendor and supplier payments to maintain seamless financial transactions.
- Monitor account aging reports to swiftly identify and address overdue accounts.
- Develop and implement standardized policies and procedures to streamline financial record maintenance.

Accounts Receivable:
- Perform credit assessments on prospective and new clients to ensure sound financial transactions.
- Enforce invoicing and payment collection deadlines to uphold financial integrity.
- Oversee the invoicing and revenue collection processes with diligence.
- Ensure prompt receipt of payments from clients to maintain financial stability.
