Accounts Payable Supervisor - - Johannesburg

As the Accounts Payable Supervisor you will be responsible for the below:

Oversee accounts payable workflows, ensuring adherence to SOPs and high-quality standards. Conduct regular reviews and document non-compliance patterns for remedy.
Support training workshops, oversee projects, and resolve issues with vendors and internal customers.
Coordinate documentation for internal/external auditors, act as a backup bank B releaser, and assist in ad hoc projects and presentations.
Develop and ensure compliance with systems, procedures, and policies.
Monitor AP functions for statutory regulation and audit compliance.
Provide guidance to employees on system, process, or policy issues.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and evaluations.
Address performance issues and maintain a positive work environment.
Prepare monthly operational reports and ledger reconciliations with guidance for resolving.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed Bcom in Accounting and related field.
5+ years experience in a similar role in finance.
Experience in the related industry preferred.
