My client a leading FMCG retailer in Cape Town has an exciting new vacancy for an Accounts Receivable Clerk. Purpose of the job To achieve queries targets for the portfolio of accounts allocated Ad Hoc Any other reasonable task requested by management Customer Satisfaction ? Communicate query feedback to retailers ? Maintain good relations with retailers and suppliers ? Produce and distribute query reports ? Respond to DC/retailer queries and complaints ? Respond to drop shipment queries Financial Management ? Collect statements from IT and dispatch and forwarding to retailers ? Ensure the scanning of warehouse documents. Process Control ? Analyze and resolve complaints ? Follow up on outstanding documents ? Follows up on queries ? Prepares EFT payments. ? Reconcile debtor's accounts Skills Profile ? Microsoft Excel (Advanced) ? AS400 - Basic ? SAP Grade 12 Previous Work Experience 2 years: Accounting/Financial Personal Attributes ? Attention to Detail (Work Standards) ? Communication Skills ? Contributing to Team Success ? Customer Focused ? Intergrity ? Managing Work (Time Management Skills & Knowledge Competencies ? Computer literacy ? Retail/FMCG knowledge Send CV by the 14th of March 2024.
