Job title: Accounts Receivable Graduate Location: Country Office South Africa (based in Cape Town) Reports to: Reporting Manager Contract: 12 months contract as part of our Graduate program for South African Graduates. Applications without statement of results of your qualification will not be considered. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Accounts Receivable Graduate is responsible for the monthly collection of cash through the monitoring of customer accounts and overdues. The main missions will be as follows: Follow up on cash collections, with customers Update daily accounts receivable KPI's Follow up on queries and ensure the queries are resolved Prepare weekly reports, for plant controlling and key stakeholders The main missions will be to gain development and learning in all aspects of the Finance Shared Service Centre. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: The ideal graduate will have/be: Minimum a BCOM degree in Financial Accounting An academic record maintaining an overall 70% pass mark. Strong analytical and problem solving-skills. Strong customer satisfaction orientation.
