Required core competencies:
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or business management.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting with a specific focus on billing/ accounts receivable.
- Strong database/ CRM and systems experience.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to communicate clearly and mentor others while being a team player.
