An opportunity exists at the biggest wealth management, asset management, and insurance-providing company for an Actuarial Analyst.
You will be tasked with the following:
- Conduct calculations required for SAM, SARB reporting, and internal management reports.
- Conduct calculations and scenario testing for the ORSA cycle.
- Offer technical support for new business investigations and pricing reviews.
- Create data requirements and reporting templates for regulatory reporting.
- Create business requirement specifications through discussions with stakeholders.
- Monitor companywide offshore investment capacity.
- Review portfolio revisions or individual contract adjustments.
- Create custom specifications for data extracts based on business needs.
- Develop functional and technical specification documents.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to processes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize project deliverables.
- Manage stakeholders effectively by keeping them informed of progress.
Education and Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science
- 2-3 years experience as an Actuarial Analyst at a Financial Services company
- Good Actuarial exam progression
