RPO Recruitment is currently seeking an Actuarial Specialist to join our client's team. As an Actuarial Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing the actuarial control function across the licenses and provides actuarial services to departments within the company. Responsibilities: Calculation and management of technical provisions Calculation and management of the regulatory and economic capital models Development and maintenance of actuarial models ORSA and Risk Appetite Reinsurance structuring Perform actuarial/statistical analyses on data Ad-hoc actuarial projects Requirements: Making good progress with actuarial exams At least 3 years of insurance experience Knowledge of regulatory environment and applicable legislation Decision making, problem solving and analytical ability Gathering and handling of information Effectiveness and efficiency in performing tasks Deadline driven and ability to work under pressure Energetic and resilient Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines Above average excel skills, attention to details and efficient Benefits: Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
