If yes, then MiWay is the place for you Minimum Qualification Required Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematical Statistics, or related field Minimum Experience At least 5 years' experience with incentive structures in call centre environments Competencies Required Excited by new challenges - Can envision and engineer solutions from scratch. Keen to explore Big Data and extract value from it. Confidence and good communication with non-actuarial audience. Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SQL Server. Competency in the Python / R programming languages will be advantageous. Agile and willing to change priorities as business requirements change. Able to work alone and manage own time as well as working in a team. Deliverables include, but will not be limited to Use data analysis techniques to investigate, design and develop appropriate incentive structures that incentivise MiWay's staff to add optimal business value. Assist in the design and implementation of processes and systems supporting all MiWay's staff incentive structures. Create and maintain reports that track the effectiveness of the incentive structures over time. Create and maintain relationships with relevant internal stakeholders where incentive structures are implemented.
