Job Title: WIRELESS NETWORK SENIOR ENGINEER Location: Woodmead THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR, AMONG OTHERS, THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS:  Level 1/Level 2 technical support service to the customers independently or jointly with remote technical support team  Handle customer service request, get customer voice, track and close the requirement in time  Precaution check, Software/hardware rectification, and software update/upgrade  Perform troubleshooting and emergency recovery to support the Operations and Customer Support teams Desired Experience & Qualification NOTE: Own transport and valid Driver’s License essential THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE  Bachelor’s degree or above  At least 2 years relevant working experience  Specialization: Electronics science, Telecommunication, Information Technology(IT)  Working experience in engineering or technical support in telecommunication industry is preferred  Exposure to Wireless Network  Understanding of Telecommunication network architecture from terminal to internet  Responsible for Wireless network products Maintenance in the field of  eNodeB (4G) / gNB (5G) / Network Management (OSS, MAE) Product in South Africa.  Datacom basic knowledge, such Ethernet, IP  Hands-on skills with extensive experience in the troubleshooting and solving 4G and 5G network related issues Apply Now
