Our Client based in the CBD of Cape Town is looking for an Admin Assistant on a contractual basis for 6 months.
The ideal candidate would need to have work in this field with a minimum of 2 yrs experience.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist with general admin duties such as typing, copying, compiling packs ect.
- They will also assist with general packing of training and comms material.
- Drafting word documents and excel sheets.
- Data capturing
- Assist with telephone calls to stakeholders (communication skills must be excellent)
Must have:
- Matric, plus an office management related Higher Certificate or Diploma.
- Must have at least 2 years solid office admin experience.
- Must communicate well in all aspects, speech, telephone and writing
- Must be familiar with basic Microsoft office package.
Must be based in Cape Town
