Office Administrator - George, Western Cape Our client is in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing administrative assistance to various departments within the company. Key duties include: Supporting data entry, filing and record-keeping activities. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, such as emails and phone calls. Coordinating meetings and appointments, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials. Assisting with basic accounting duties like invoicing and expense monitoring. Undertaking general office tasks like photocopying, scanning and faxing documents. Providing assistance to colleagues as required. Requirements: Completion of Grade 12. Tertiary education will be advantageous. Prior experience in an administrative capacity is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time management abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and precision. Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
