Candidate Requirements Requirements: · Matric · Tertiary qualification would be beneficial · Experience in Sectional title management / property management beneficial · Excellent administrative & communication skills essential · Valid license and own transport Duties include but not limited to: · Assistance to Portfolio Manager – managing plus minus 20 sectional title complexes · Updating of bank statements on pastel · Addressing e-mails on a daily basis · Addressing letters of complaint · Dealing with trustees and owners of sectional title complexes · Attending of AGM’s with Portfolio Manager, taking minutes of meeting, typing of minutes · Uploading of water & sanitation fees on excel spreadsheet, transfer to csv file and uploading to pastel file · Preparation of payment of invoices from contractors, garden services, COT etc · CSOS annual returns · Insurance claims · Daily control of checklists The post Admin Clerk appeared first on freerecruit.co.za .
