Well established client is looking for an energetic applicant, who is willing to go above and beyond in a very diverse role which will include Admin, stock control, driving, conducting a variety of errands. Resilience and grit with a positive "can-do" attitude will bring you success in this role. Description Main job tasks and responsibilities include, but will not be limited to: · Various Administrative duties Scanning, Saving, Filing (hard copies and electronic copies) · Documentation preparation Drafting of correspondence where required.· Answering phones, screening calls, taking messages, maintaining appointment calendar.· Time Management Control Stock Control General office assistance · Provide strong administrative support Minimum Requirements: · Matric Certificate (Grade 12) · Code 8, B or EB Driver’s License essential (non-negotiable) –· Intermediate MS Excel literacy is essential Computer skills and knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet) Key competencies: · Friendly, energetic and dynamic Punctual Neat and Organized Pro-active Fully Bilingual · Effective communication skills – written and verbal Excellent telephone etiquette · Problem assessment and problem solving · Planning and prioritizing Attention to detail and accuracy Flexibility / adaptability Fast Learner Should you wish to apply please email your CV through to infokorporatesolutions.co.za, with subject line of post advertised.
