Our client is recruiting for an Administration Clerk with a tertiary qualification and relevant experience. Minimum requirements: Grade 12 National Diploma / Degree in Administration or Business Administration / Management Minimum three years working experience in a relevant role Computer literate: MS Office Experience in the transport sector will be an advantage Flexible work approach Duties will include: Provide office administration and support to operations Organizing and maintain office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management systems Assist in preparation of reports and presentations for Managers Consolidate reports from various departments and collectively organize information from each area of business Conduct research on work required Assist Managers with internal / external communication and liaison Manage, coordinate and schedule Managers diaries in terms of all meetings, appointments and functions timeously and accurately Taking minutes of meetings and acting on follow up items Handle calls for Managers, relay messages where applicable and redirect queries to relevant responsible Managers Create, manage and control departmental budget for Office Supplies Uniform procurements Well planned and executed Management meetings with Managers by utilizing agenda and minutes for effective follow-up on action points and accomplishment of meeting objectives Coordinates meeting minutes for all management requirements Support the operations team in accident management process, claims administration and follow up Coordinate traffic fines for all Drivers and pool cars Fleet management system administration including compliance checks Ordering of stationery items for the office and commercial personnel Coordinate the administration of professional drivers’ permits Coordinate and manage the acquisition and replacements of operating licences Assign and monitor administrative and other secretarial responsibilities among office staff Organising hotel, travelling, meetings, conference and events for operation’s team Update staff register on personal information Assisting on PrDP claims for drivers Invoice management Remuneration: R20 000 per month depending on qualifications and experience IMPORTANT: Applications close 11 March 2024 Only applications submitted via the Ditto Jobs platform will be considered Only candidates who meet all our client's minimum requirements will be contacted Apply Now
