Administration Controller - Johannesburg

United Container Depots is looking to secure the permanent services of an Administration Controller, the successful candidate will join their office in Johannesburg. All suitably qualified and experienced candidates are invited to apply for this vacancy. The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to: Providing administrative support to the warehouse by preparing reports, analysing data, and record keeping. Accurately capture, file, and prepare reports on material/ container information. Checking if the correct containers / material received and/ or dispatched, as per instructions. Assisting with reports and costing functions, including invoicing. Monitoring the performance of the operations and ensuring that container services are delivered in accordance with the customer's requirements. Ensuring compliance to set company procedures, SOPs, regulations, and safety standards. Ensuring that front-end information is accurate and complete. Managing the stock takes by setting up count teams, checking count sheets and doing spot checks. Qualification/s: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent. Diploma in Business Management / related qualification. Experience 3 - 5 years in warehousing / depot environment. Working knowledge of warehouse operations. Required skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimum supervision.
