Overview:
Our client is a leading global provider of smart energy solutions. They are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to support the team daily.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain office equipment and supplies
- Assist the Account department with general admin
- Assist customers with general queries or escalate to the relevant personnel
Requirements and Skills:
- Matric - essential (diploma/degree would be preferential)
- Accurate record-keeping
- Organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills, professional and courteous demeanor, excellent office and phone etiquette
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Data management and entry skills, ability to maintain and improve filing systems
- Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others.
