Overview:

Our client is a leading global provider of smart energy solutions. They are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to support the team daily.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Maintain office equipment and supplies
  • Assist the Account department with general admin
  • Assist customers with general queries or escalate to the relevant personnel

Requirements and Skills:

  • Matric - essential (diploma/degree would be preferential)
  • Accurate record-keeping
  • Organizational skills
  • Interpersonal skills, professional and courteous demeanor, excellent office and phone etiquette
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Data management and entry skills, ability to maintain and improve filing systems
  • Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others.
