As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Administrative Clerk to join our administrative department. Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to support our small but dedicated administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing debtors, creditor control, invoicing, and various administrative tasks. Proficiency in Excel is essential for success in this role. Manage debtor control by tracking and following up on outstanding payments Maintain creditor control by processing invoices allowing timely payment of suppliers Generate and process invoices accurately and efficiently Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documents Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence Communicate with customers and suppliers in a friendly and professional manner Effective control of petty cash in the office Provide support to other team members and departments as needed A administrative qualification or proven experience as an administrative clerk or similar role Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with accounting principles is a plus Competitive salary that is market related for applicant's qualification and work experience.
