A detailed knowledge of: Debtors municipal accounts and deposit administration, customer relations management systems and sound human relations. In depth knowledge of the Cash management policy as well as the Credit Control and Debt Management policy. A detailed knowledge of Council approved tariffs and system parameters. A valid code EB drivers licence is essential. Willingness to work shifts, Saturdays and Sundays linked to the operating hours of shopping malls Key Performance Areas Supervise applications and sequences associated with the authorization and execution and quality assurance of functions related to Customer Care and Cash within the Revenue Department: Debtors and Cash. To ensure service delivery, the Admin Officer is responsible for the adequate training of staff and availability of staff to perform the function proficiently by monitoring the attendance registers. Ensure that staff adheres to the requirements of the time and attendance policies. Ensure that the office comply to the Health and Safety act. Controlling and maintaining of records associated with the sections establishment and movable assets. Collating of various statistics with regard to the number of contacts, number of notifications (created/completed or escalated). Deal with all Debtors and Cash related tasks which have a direct impact on service delivery. Daily interaction across functional areas relating to issues which affect Debtors and Cash day to day operations.
