Administrative Officer (Legal Industry) - Port Elizabeth

Duties:

  • Attend to clients who visit the office;
  • Liaise with consultants to keep diaries up to date;
  • Attend to invoices and follow up on payments;
  • Prepare files for client visits;
  • Attend to correspondence with clients/trade unions/CCMA;
  • Draft disciplinary notices;
  • Assist with the following up on matters;
  • Schedule appointments;
  • Prepare documentation for consultants;
  • Attend to the purchasing of items required in the office.
  • General administrative duties;
  • Attend to filing.

Requirements :

  • Write and speak Afrikaans/English fluently.
  • Own vehicle.
  • Any legal background will be regarded as advantageous.
