REQUIREMENTS: Matric, driver’s license & own transport essential Excellent communication skills & well groomed Computer Literate – Word and Excel Previous experience in Payprop or Red Rabbit advantageous Energetic person who likes to be busy and is an excellent team player Well-spoken in English and Afrikaans Confident personality who is self-managed and highly organised DUTIES: Maintaining good relationships with clients and suppliers Scheduling maintenance activities with plumbers, electricians etc Coordinating repairs when issues arise within the building, contacting appropriate contractors and maintenance staff Obtaining quotes for repairs and overseeing the completion of the work Regular inspections of the buildings to identify potential problems before they escalate Maintaining allocated budget, tracking expenses, prioritizing needs, and finding cost-effective solutions Ensuring that maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations and safety standards Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and service contracts, utilizing the CRM systems Effective communication with relevant parties regarding scheduled maintenance SALARY: R15,000 ctc dependent on experience Please join us on FACEBOOK or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
