Job Description Provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure the smooth running of a functional area Managing costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines Maintain an efficient electronic tracking and monitoring processes on all activities and timelines for administrative and process support Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analyzing trends and data Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies Job Details Application Closing Date 02/04/24 All appointments will be made in line with FirstRand Group’s Employment Equity plan.
