1. MOBILE PHONE ACCOUNT
MTC & VODACOM: (MONTHLY)
Analysis of account.
Request RA/NA numbers for accounts higher than R450.00 (Charlene Cornelissen).
MTC Account will come from Adele Wayers. (Email analysis to Marjika / Marni /Emile Weber: CC for Heimer Anderson/Leriche Anderson/Stephan Gous). 02nd of every month
VODACOM Accounts Upload Company DISK VODACOM. (uploaded anytime from 8th of every month)
2. ERROR REPORTS
The mistakes that come daily by - putting it on a spreadsheet. (ALRODE, WTON and WHK DEPOT)
Add the JOBCARDS numbers on the sheet that from WTON WORKSHOP and ALRODE JACO, PMK WHK send a list of work that was done.)
Every morning the previous day''s errors from depots must be sent to Remo Williams.
3. NEW DRIVERS "FILE"
Before preparation of new drivers "files".
Making copies of necessary documents (ID/PDP/PASSPORT/DG)
Appointments line Doctor and Eye appointments.
Requests of checks Dovers and Crimenal Checks.
Filing
All filing at HR office.
4. VERIFICATION:
Drivers write all their diesel transactions on their trip card and hand in their trip cards with slips at the depots and they are sent to Wellington. All the transactions must be verified with Datatim and shell online.
Every transaction must be checked: Date, Gas station, KM lecture, Liters, Drivers, etc
The transaction is then "modified" and "closed" on Datatim.
If there are errors they must be passed on to the National Fuel Control Officer so that she/he can correct them on Datatim. When all the transactions on the trip card are "closed", the trip card is stamped with a "checked" stamp.
5. DATATIM - CAPTURE OF INFORMATION
Each depot''s daily diesel refills must be posted on the datatim system.
Make sure it is correct depot and number of litres as well as the KM reading.
The refills are entered per depot, the specified diesel pump, as follows:
The beginning and the end diesel pump meter reading as posted on the diesel sheets from the depots.
Various vehicles such as Bakkies and Subbies must be closed as soon as the information is complete.
