Administrator - Secunda

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Administration for Technical Department and Sites
  • Employee coordination and Movement
  • Employee Sick Leave and Relief coordination
  • PPE ordering and distribution
  • Staff overtime and time sheet management and sign-off of overtime
  • Replying to mails within 24 hours
  • Site and Technical assets (tools etc.) administration and assets register.
  • Ensure system and Procedures are always followed.
  • Invoicing and quoting to Clients.
  • Other Administrative and general Duties which may be required or assigned form management from time to time
  • Filing to be done Daily

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • 3+ years of high-volume administration preferably within in invoicing or accounting
  • High level of English Literate
  • Able to Work under pressure.
  • Able to work every Second Saturday
  • Able and have transport to work overtime as is reasonably required.
  • Attention to details and highly organized.
  • Reliable Transport
  • Knowledge or working experience on Sage Evolution and Sales Forces would be an advantage.
  • Good basic understanding of Excel is required
